Honeymoonin'!

Hey everyone! Hope you all are having a wonderful week so far! Sorry, last week's post was so late... We now have internet in our apartment, so yay! So, our honeymoon was amazing! We had such a blast! Again, I think the best way for us to expound is through pictures!

First here is a photo from a few days before the wedding that we forgot to share! My dad got wedding bells and a sign that said "Daniel and Tori are getting married!" It was so sweet! :)

So, here's our honeymoon... in a nutshell! We went on a cruise to Haiti, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Mexico! When we first got to our room, we were pretty excited! It was so beautiful!

We especially were excited for our balcony! Check out my lovely Mrs. shirt thanks to Bethany!

Setting sail on Freedom of the Seas, waving goodbye to land!

Shortly after setting sail, we had our first dinner in the dining room! We were both SO exhausted... We were practically falling asleep at the table!
Feeling refreshed the next morning, Daniel was trying new things for breakfast.

We then returned to our room to enjoy our coffee on the balcony!

We spent the rest of the day exploring the ship and laying out by the pool!

That night was our first formal night, so we got fancy!

Here are the two guys we got to know and ate dinner with every night! It's always fun meeting new people!

I suppose it was my turn to try new foods!

My handsome hubby!!

After dinner, we came back to a towel animal! I think it was a dog...

The next morning, we woke up in Labadee, Haiti! It was SO beautiful!

We also took the opportunity to take a picture of the ship!
Newlyweds!
Exploring! (probably where he's not suppose to be)

Of course, lots of kisses for my new husband!
Sandy toes on the beaches of Labadee!
Beautiful water! But really cold!
A little bit of matching for dinner!

And another show after dinner!

We came back to a towel gorilla that night!

Good morning Jamaica! It felt so good to be back!

We started our day with horseback riding through a trail and on the beach! We even got to ride the horses while they were swimming! It was a dream come true! Not to mention, my favorite thing we did!!

Feeling nerdy with our helmets!

Our tour guide got a little creative with the picture... Haha.
After horseback riding we went to Dunn's River Falls and climbed a waterfall! It was great! Sorry, it was too wet for pictures!

This was Daniel's attempt to take a picture of the place we stayed when we did missions in Jamaica!

Hummingbird!

Being silly, of course...

A dinosaur, maybe?

Grand Cayman! Getting ready to swim with stingrays and dolphins! (pirate photobomb)
It rained most of the day, so we didn't get many photos! But we still had fun despite the cold rain!
This is our "whatever to bad weather" faces!

Where we got to swim with dolphins! (Daniel's favorite thing we did!)

Last formal night! Also, fancy alone dinner night!

HUGE delicious red velvet cake! YUM!

Monkey!

We watched the sunrise the next morning! Even though it was cloudy, it was still beautiful!

Cozumel!
We didn't stay long in Cozumel... We went back to the ship and laid by the pool instead! We didn't want to risk having bad weather again!

A bat!

Last day, another day at sea! We went rock climbing and both made it to the top! Loving the little boy photobomb...

Overall, we had so much fun! Even though the weather wasn't the best, I think we still made the most of it! Lots has been happening since we got back, so check in next week to hear about all we've been doing! And maybe some more wedding pics...

BEST. DAY. EVER.

Well, this week we will be just talking about the wedding day! Since that's a lengthy subject and all! Also, since we are writing about the wedding, we will both be writing this post together. So you don't know who's writing right now, Daniel or Tori, and that's okay!

First off, the wedding was beautiful! There were so many people who helped out on the big day and we are so thankful for all of them! They helped make the day as stress free as possible!

We decided that the best way to tell the day of the wedding is through pictures, like a picture book! Obviously there are many more wonderful pictures to come, even photos we haven't seen yet, but this should do! :)

Maggie (Maid of Honor) doing the finishing touches on Tori's make-up!
Pre-Wedding prayer with Bridesmaids and Parents!
Finally seeing Tori walk down the aisle, before the tears started coming! :)
We went for a non-traditional approach. We washed each other's feet during the ceremony, signifying a servant hearted  relationship that will foreshadow our married life!
BAM!
Walking my wife back down the aisle!
And the photos begin! (Notice the tip-toes)
The amazing John R. Evans! (our officiant)
Our beautiful parents! We are so blessed to have them!
The bride, after and before! :)
KISSES!
Yeah, we are pretty awesome when we're silly!
Eskimo Kisses!

Getting down at the reception!
I hope that it is apparent that we had an amazing day! It's hards to say enough words because most of the day was a blur, and the rest is to hard to put into words. There will be more pictures to come!

It's Wedding Week!

So, it's finally here! We are officially in the Wedding Week! Lately, we've been tying loose ends, running around and finalizing last minute details! However, this past week we moved all of our stuff into our new apartment! Yay! It's absolutely beautiful and is so perfect! We are so excited to be living there so so soon! We still have a long way to go, but here are some pictures!
The office!

The bedroom!

Dining room (a little bit of the kitchen too!)

Playing hide-n-seek... Ya know?

Trying new food places in our new city! Which Wich?
It was our last week at Genesis Church. We had the opportunity to lead worship together, which was great! Daniel and I were kept on stage by John (who is marrying us) as he told the church about us, how this was our last week and how he gets to marry us Saturday. Exciting stuff! We felt so special!

Last night, I had the bridesmaids over to thank them for all their help! I gave them their gifts and we all had tea, because we're just that classy! We played with make up and hair and were just plain girls! Also fun stuff!! We're pretty silly...
Since we are getting married this weekend, and leaving for our honeymoon after... Don't expect a post next week! ;) Love to you all! Can't wait to see so many of you on Saturday!!

We're Getting Married Next Week... :O

Hello everyone! Wow, 11 days and counting! I can't believe that we are so close to the start of a new life together! That being said, there was a lot that happened this past week getting us set up for our future together! Tori got a hair cut and, as you can tell in the picture below, it looks great:

Though not related to wedding stuff, I did get my penny board which is fun and so I'm pretty excited about it!

More heavily related to the wedding than the above photograph, were the bachelor and bachelorette party! So, we tried to stay far away from the typical scene for these events but still wanted to have a great time! Tori went to a restaurant with her bridesmaids and a few other girls where there's authentic greek food and entertainment! They had belly dancers and even encouraged all their guests to get up and dance on the tables! As you can see here:

After dinner the girls headed back to Tori's dorm for a chick flick movie.

For my bachelor party, we went to a Disney resort and hung out by the pool for a while. Then we all got ready and headed to downtown disney. We ate at a bowling ally that serves sushi (an odd combination, agreed) and didn't quite get to bowl a whole game, but we had a blast! Afterwards we went to the theater there to watch Ironman 3! Which pumps me up to get to working on technology! (nerd).

When we got back, it was mothers day! So shout out to Tori's mom and my mom for always being there for us and for helping us through this time of getting ready for the big day! For mothers day, I caught my mom at home before she headed out to go kayaking and gave her a gift! Tori gave her mom a gift as well! Then we headed to Symphony Under the Stars with Tori's family to listen to a beautiful orchestra playing songs from movies, with a beautiful fireworks display, sampled for you here!

This week, since mothers day, has been all about wrapping up some loose ends before moving our stuff into our apartment tomorrow! That meant a lot of packing, and a lot of Tori finishing beautiful crafts, like the one in the picture below!

THREE WEEKS.

That's right. Less than three weeks away now! Yay! We have finally finished up the semester, with great grades too! Daniel graduated! Hooray! We're back in Ocala now, and it's crunch time. It's time to get all the little details in order and make sure we have everything we need! We're doing lots of crafts, cleaning, organizing, ordering and errand running! Hahaha. Thank goodness for our parents and bridesmaids for helping in all sorts of ways. Praise God! Also, Daniel forgot to mention last week, but we bought our mattress, which is pretty exciting!! MORE exciting is the fact that we got our marriage license today!! I also had another dress fitting that went really well!

Daniel's new Penny hat, the board is coming soon! (his graduation presents from his parents)
Filling out the marriage license paper work!
In other news, I managed to skin my knee just three weeks before the wedding...
Lots to do in little time! But so much fun, excitement and happiness! LET'S DO THIS!

OMGoodnes... It's May!!!

IT'S FINALLY HERE! Crazzzy to think that in 25 days we are getting married! We are so very excited! This Saturday, it's three weeks away! Also, we both finished school this week! And I graduate this Thursday... weird! Then it's all hands on deck for wrapping up wedding stuff and preparations for life after marriage! So anyways, now I guess I will tell you all about our week!

So first off, shout out of congratulations to my buddy Lucas, who got married this past weekend! He has been a classmate, a friend, and soon a coworker as we both head to Harris! We wish him and his wife, Hannah, all the best!

In other news, Tori and I have already made new friends in Melbourne/Palm Bay! So this past Friday, after Tori finished her finals, we headed to Palm Bay to have dinner and socialize with our new friends, Rett and Becca! We grilled out and played a couple rounds of Catch Phrase!

As I mentioned in the first paragraph, Tori and I were able to successfully complete our semester! My graduation ceremony is on Thursday and I'm excited to do that and make my family proud! Second Ramirez to get a Bachelor's Degree! Woohoo! Tori ended strong, and might even have received straight A's this semester! So proud of her! Also, there were elephants on campus! o.O

I hope you all have a great week and we will give you another update next week! With the wedding approaching and school out of the way, the blog will probably take a turn more towards that direction! Get excited cause we are! ;)

So Much Going On!

It's true! There is so much going on! Stress levels are pretty low, so that's good! Finals are this week and next and the wedding is almost a month away. WOW. Daniel had his final senior design showcase Friday. Saturday, we ran a 5k with Daniel's family and then showed them around Melbourne! Sunday, we did worship, ate lunch with the pastors and their families and then went to IKEA! Ooooh! Monday, we had FCA and had a little finals week jam (videos below to show a little bit of the awesome talent we experienced). Today, we went to the gym and then found the new suits for the wedding! That's a brief highlight of the past week!

Looking so handsome doin' his thang!
Post Run For It 5k!
The gator at our apartment! Ah! Yet to be named... Stay tuned.
We found my all time favorite candy bar at a British store in downtown Melbourne! Win!
Soon-to-be sister, Kristina and I trying on fun hats!

The couch we might be getting!

Taking a sunglasses break while looking for suits today!
